\u5831\u8b80\u8ab2\u7a0b\u524d\uff0c\u5bb6\u9577\/\u76e3\u8b77\u4eba\u9808\u5728\u4fd0\u5b78\u6559\u80b2(\u300c\u4fd0\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u300d)\u7db2\u7ad9\u586b\u59a5\u53ca\u63d0\u4ea4\u5831\u8b80\u8ab2\u7a0b\u767b\u8a18\u8868\u683c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>1.2 \u4e00\u7d93\u767b\u8a18\uff0c\u5b78\u751f\u53ca\u5bb6\u9577\/\u76e3\u8b77\u4eba\u5c07\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u5df2\u540c\u610f\u9075\u5b88\u4fd0\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u7684\u5168\u90e8\u653f\u7b56\u3001\u898f\u5247\u53ca\u898f\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>1.3 \u4fd0\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u7740\u91cd\u5c0f\u73ed\u6559\u5b78\uff0c\u5229\u65bc\u66f4\u6709\u6548\u5730\u4fc3\u9032\u5b78\u751f\u5b78\u7fd2\u3002\u5831\u8b80\u8ab2\u7a0b\u63a1\u7528\u300c\u5148\u5230\u5148\u5f97\u300d\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u4ee5\u7e73\u4ea4\u5168\u6578\u5b78\u8cbb\u70ba\u6e96\u3002<\/p>\n<p>1.4 \u51e1\u672a\u80fd\u652f\u4ed8\u5b78\u8cbb\uff0c\u4fd0\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u6709\u6b0a\u62d2\u7d55\u8a72\u5b78\u751f\u4e0a\u8ab2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>1.5 \u4fd0\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u4fdd\u7559\u5176\u57f7\u884c\u6536\u751f\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u6b0a\u5229\u4ee5\u53ca\u4fdd\u7559\u5176\u62d2\u7d55\u63a5\u53d7\u5b78\u751f\u7533\u8acb\u53ca\u5165\u8b80\u7684\u6b0a\u5229\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. \u8cbb\u7528\u3001\u53d6\u6d88\u3001\u7f3a\u5e2d\u53ca\u9000\u5b78<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2.1 \u4e00\u7d93\u4fd0\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u901a\u77e5\u6210\u529f\u5831\u8b80\u5f8c\u4e09\u5929\u5167\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u5168\u6578\u7e73\u4ea4\u5b78\u8cbb\u3002\u5df2\u767b\u8a18\u7684\u5b78\u751f\u9808\u65bc\u5ef6\u7e8c\u8ab2\u5802\u958b\u59cb\u524d7\u5929\u7e73\u6e05\u8a72\u671f\u5b78\u8cbb\u3002\u5982\u5b78\u751f\u5c1a\u672a\u80fd\u5728\u958b\u8ab2\u524d\u7e73\u6e05\u5b78\u8cbb\uff0c\u7d55\u4e0d\u80fd\u4e0a\u8ab2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2.2 \u4ed8\u6b3e\u65b9\u5f0f\u4ee5(1)\u73fe\u91d1\u3001(2)\u652f\u7968\u3001(3)\u6613\u8fa8\u4e8b\u3001(4)\u652f\u4ed8\u5bf6\u548c\/\u6216(5)\u9280\u884c\u8f49\u5e33\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u9032\u884c\u3002\u4ee5\u652f\u7968\u4ed8\u6b3e: \u9664\u975e\u5728\u672c\u6587\u5167\u53e6\u6709\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u4e0d\u6703\u56e0\u4efb\u4f55\u7406\u7531(\u5305\u62ec\u8cfc\u8cb7\u4efb\u4f55\u4f5c\u696d)\u800c\u4f5c\u51fa\u9000\u6b3e\u6216\u4f5c\u51fa\u8a18\u5e33\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2.4 \u82e5\u5831\u8b80\u4eba\u6578\u4e0d\u8db3\uff0c\u4fd0\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u6709\u6b0a\u53d6\u6d88\u8ab2\u5802\uff0c\u4e26\u76e1\u6700\u5927\u52aa\u529b\u5b89\u6392\u5b78\u751f\u5728\u985e\u4f3c\u8ab2\u5802\u4e0a\u8ab2\u3002\u82e5\u6c92\u6709\u8ab2\u5802\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b89\u6392\uff0c\u5c07\u6703\u9000\u6b3e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2.5 \u4fd0\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u4fdd\u7559\u66f4\u6539\u8ab2\u5802\u6642\u9593\u53ca\/\u6216\u65e5\u671f\u7684\u6b0a\u5229\uff0c\u4e26\u76e1\u5feb\u5411\u5bb6\u9577\/\u76e3\u8b77\u4eba\u767c\u51fa\u6709\u95dc\u4e0a\u8ff0\u66f4\u6539\u8ab2\u5802\u7684\u901a\u77e5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2.6 \u5982\u7531\u4fd0\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u53d6\u6d88\u8ab2\u5802\uff0c\u5c07\u76e1\u529b\u5b89\u6392\u88dc\u8ab2\u4e26\u6703\u63d0\u4f9b\u88dc\u8ab2\u6642\u9593\u3002\u5bb6\u9577\/\u76e3\u8b77\u4eba\u53ef\u70ba\u5b78\u751f\u9078\u64c7\u7531\u4fd0\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u88dc\u8ab2\u6642\u9593\u3002\u6240\u6709\u88dc\u8ab2\u5fc5\u9808\u65bc\u539f\u672c\u53d6\u6d88\u8ab2\u5802\u65e5\u671f\u8d77\u8a08\u4e09\u5341\u5929\u5167\u9032\u884c\u88dc\u8ab2\uff0c\u5426\u5247\u88dc\u8ab2\u5c07\u4e88\u4f5c\u5ee2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2.7 \u5982\u56e0\u75c5\u7f3a\u5e2d(\u9808\u51fa\u793a\u91ab\u751f\u8b49\u660e)\uff0c\u5bb6\u9577\uff0f\u76e3\u8b77\u4eba\u53ef\u65bc\u4e03\u5929\u5167\u66f8\u9762\u63d0\u51fa\u8981\u6c42\u88dc\u8ab2\u3002\u8981\u6c42\u88dc\u8ab2\u8868\u683c\u53ef\u65bc\u300c\u88dc\u8ab2\u5b89\u6392\u300d\u9801\u627e\u5230\u3002\u5728\u6536\u5230\u88dc\u8ab2\u8981\u6c42\u8868\u683c\u5f8c\u4e26\u53d6\u6c7a\u65bc\u4e0a\u8ff0\u7b2c2.5\u689d\u7684\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u5b78\u751f\u5c07\u65bc\u5176\u7f3a\u5e2d\u8ab2\u5802\u8d77\u8a08\u4e09\u5341\u5929\u5167\u51fa\u5e2d\u88dc\u8ab2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2.8 \u5982\u5b78\u751f\u4e0a\u8ab2\u6642\u751f\u75c5\u6216\u884c\u70ba\u4e0d\u7576\uff0c\u4fd0\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u6709\u6b0a\u8981\u6c42\u5b78\u751f\u96e2\u958b\u8ab2\u5802\uff0f\u9000\u5b78\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2.9 \u4e0a\u8ab2\u898f\u5247<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3.1 \u5b78\u751f\u9808\u4fdd\u6301\u4fd0\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u8ab2\u5ba4\u5167\u5916\u6574\u6f54\u3002<\/p>\n<p>3.2 \u5b78\u751f\u5728\u4e0a\u8ab2\u671f\u9593\u5fc5\u9808\u7a7f\u8457\u896a\u5b50\u3002<\/p>\n<p>3.3 \u5b78\u751f\u4e0d\u61c9\u651c\u5e36\u8cb4\u91cd\u7269\u54c1\u5230\u4fd0\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u500b\u4eba\u8ca1\u7269\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u640d\u6bc0\u53ca\/\u6216\u640d\u5931\uff0c\u4fd0\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u5747\u4e0d\u6703\u8ca0\u8cac\u3002<\/p>\n<p>3.4 \u975e\u4fd0\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u4eba\u54e1\u5747\u4e0d\u5f97\u5c0d\u5b78\u751f\u6216\u8ab2\u5802\u9032\u884c\u4efb\u4f55\u5f62\u5f0f\u7684\u62cd\u651d\u6216\u9304\u5f71\u3002<\/p>\n<p>3.5 \u5b78\u751f\u51fa\u73fe\u6ecb\u64fe\u53ca\/\u6216\u7834\u58de\u6027\u884c\u70ba\uff0c\u4fd0\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u6709\u6b0a\u8981\u6c42\u5b78\u751f\u9000\u5b78\u3002<\/p>\n<p>3.6 \u5b78\u751f\u61c9\u6e96\u6642\u4e0a\u8ab2\u53ca\u4e0b\u8ab2\u3002\u8acb\u78ba\u4fdd\u5b78\u751f\u4e0a\u8ab2\u6e96\u6642\u5230\u9054\u53ca\u4e0b\u8ab2\u6309\u6642\u96e2\u958b\u4fd0\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u3002\u5bb6\u9577\/\u76e3\u8b77\u4eba\u53ca\/\u6216\u88ab\u6388\u6b0a\u6210\u4eba(\u4f8b\u5982\u50ad\u5de5)\u5728\u8ab2\u5802\u9032\u884c\u671f\u9593\u61c9\u5728\u4fd0\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u9580\u5916\u7b49\u5019\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div
