Parents/Guardians should follow closely on government announcements on radio or television, or refer to Let’s Learn’s website (“Website”) to receive announcements on the closure of Let’s Learn.
If Typhoon Signal 3 or above is hoisted, or in the event of the government’s announcement of the closure of all kindergartens and/or schools prior to school hours, Let’s Learn will be closed.
With the government announcement of the closure of all kindergartens and/or schools, Let’s Learn will close. Let’s Learn will be responsible for keeping the students at Let’s Learn and will ensure that safe and adequate arrangements will be made for students to be collected by a Parent/Guardian or *Designated Responsible Adult.
When a typhoon signal is lowered to Signal 1, or all signals are cancelled before 12 noon, the afternoon classes will proceed as usual.

When in doubt, parents/guardians should consult www.letslearnacademy.com or call Let’s Learn at +852 2628 3830 for clarification on weather arrangements.
When relevant typhoons or rainstorm signals are lowered or cancelled, Let’s Learn shall endeavour to update the Website as soon as possible, indicating business as usual.
*Parent/Guardian means a student’s mother or father registered with Let’s Learn.
**Designated Responsible Adult means any Adult designated by a parent of any student and registered with the Academy who is authorised to collect the student from the Academy.
