1. Enrolment Policy
1.1 To enrol, parents/guardians shall complete in full and submit the Registration form on Let’s Learn Academy (“Let’s Learn”) website.
1.2 Students and parents/guardians will be deemed to have read and agreed to abide by all of the policies, regulations and requirements of Let’s Learn at the time of enrolment.
1.3 Let’s Learn focuses on small class sizes to maximise effective learning. Enrolment will be on a “first come, first serve” basis dependent on when payment is received.
1.4 Let’s Learn reserves the right to exclude any student from classes due to any failure in paying tuition fees.
1.5 Let’s Learn reserves the right on all admission policies and the right to reject applications and admission of students.
2. Fees, Cancellations, Absences & Withdrawals2.1 Upon enrolment, fees will be due within 3 days of notification from Let’s Learn. For enrolled students continuing to attend classes, payment must be settled 7 days in advance of any continuous class attendance. In no event will any student be allowed to commence classes before fees are received by Let’s Learn.
2.2 Payments can be in the form of (i) cash, (ii) cheque, (iii) EPS, (iv) Alipay and/or (v) bank transfer.

Account Number: 703-2-21263-8-002.3 Unless otherwise provided herein, no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, inclusive for the purchase of any workbooks.
2.4 Let’s Learn reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrolment. We will use best endeavours to place students in a similar class. Where none is available, a refund will be issued.
2.5 Let’s Learn reserves the right to change class times and/or dates. Parents/guardians will receive advance notification of such changes, whenever possible.
2.6 In the event of class cancellation by Let’s Learn, we will endeavour to arrange for a make up class to be held. Parents/guardians will be timely notified of and can select attendance for their student at make up class times provided by Let’s Learn. All make up classes must be attended within 30 days of the original cancellation, otherwise the make up will be forfeited.
2.7 In the event of sickness (supported by a physician’s note), a parent/guardian may request for a make up class in writing within 7 days. This form can be found in the Make Up Class Arrangements page. Upon receipt of the make up class request, the student shall attend a make up class within 30 days of this missed class and the requirements of Clause 2.5 above shall apply.
2.8 Let’s Learn shall have the right to dismiss a student from class in the event the student is ill or is misbehaving.
2.9 Let’s Learn cannot be held liable for any and all injuries and/or illnesses which a student may sustain from participating in any of our classes or programs.
2.10 Students who withdraw prior to commencement of any classes and provide a notification and request in writing will receive a credit voucher (valid for a year from date of issue) for the class fee less an administrative charge of $500.
3. Class Attendance Regulations3.1 Students must keep Let’s Learn’s premises clean and tidy.
3.2 Students must wear socks at all times during class attendance.
3.3 Students shall not bring any valuables into Let’s Learn. Let’s Learn will not be responsible for any damages to and/or losses of personal property.
3.4 No photographing, videoing or otherwise recording of students or classes by non-Let’s Learn personnel will be allowed.3.5 Students can be dismissed at Let’s Learn’s discretion for unruly and/or disruptive behaviour.
3.6 Students are expected to attend and depart from classes on time. Please ensure that they are promptly taken to and escorted away from Let’s Learn’s premises. Parents/guardians and/or a designated responsible adult (eg domestic helper) shall wait outside of Let’s Learn when classes are in session.
